YAFOY · Know what matters

Save it once. Ask about it later.

Add is how things get in. Memory is where they live, and where you ask about them.

01

The screenshot graveyard

You have 2,300 screenshots. Somewhere among them: the flight confirmation, the price a supplier quoted on WhatsApp, the address of Saturday's party, a slide from last month's meeting. You took each one thinking, "I'll need this later."

Later comes. You scroll, and scroll, and give up.

02

Add: one button for everything worth keeping

The + sits in the middle of YAFOY's bottom bar. On your phone, it opens the camera first, because most things worth keeping are in front of you: a whiteboard, a receipt, a document. On a computer, it opens a text box where you can type or drag in files.

You can add typed notes, photos, screenshots, videos, documents like PDFs, links, text shared from other apps, and voice notes of up to three minutes.

YAFOY reads each one and gives it a title and summary, and picks out the people, topics and deadlines in it. Those deadlines and follow-ups also feed your daily Insight, so a saved note can become tomorrow's priority.

03

Memory: your personal archive

Everything you add lands in Memory, along with any chat message you marked with the brain icon ("Remember this"). Each item shows its title, summary, source, people and topics.

Looking for something specific? Search across text, filenames, titles, people and topics.

Want an answer instead of a list? Ask:

What price did the supplier quote for the blue tiles?

When is the lease due?

What did I note about Maria's project?

Memory answers only from what you saved, not your whole inbox.

04

A Thursday with Add and Memory

9:10: a client sends delivery details in a chat. You tap the brain icon: Remember this. 12:40: walking out of lunch, you record a one-minute voice note about the proposal. 3:15: you photograph the whiteboard before it's wiped. 4:30: a colleague asks, "What were the client's delivery times again?" You ask Memory. The answer is on your screen before they finish the question.

What to know

Add is the only part of YAFOY backed up to the cloud. Your inbox stays on your device; what you add is saved to your YAFOY account and syncs across your devices. Audio and transcripts are kept in your private storage.

Analysis is on-device first, and content is redacted before it's sent to AI.

Videos: YAFOY understands a video from a still frame plus its filename and length. The video itself isn't uploaded, and video files over 10 MB are skipped.

Voice notes can be up to three minutes long.

A few questions, answered.

What can I add to YAFOY?

Typed notes, photos, screenshots, videos, documents like PDFs, links, text shared from other apps, and voice notes up to three minutes.

Does Memory search all my messages?

No. Memory holds what you add and the chat messages you mark "Remember this." Ask answers only from those.

Do my saved items sync to my other devices?

Yes. Add is backed up to your YAFOY account and syncs across your devices, including edits and deletions.

Stop saving things you'll never find.
