YAFOY is a private communication layer on your phone: it reads notifications from the messaging apps and email accounts you choose, organizes them in one inbox, and generates YAFOY Insight — a summary of what changed, who is waiting, and what deserves your attention. Your messages and emails are processed on your device and never leave it unless you explicitly enable an optional feature.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you selected. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the Service. This includes: using it for anything unlawful; fraud or spam; infringing others' intellectual property; interfering with the Service's security or operation (including malware, probing, or scraping); reverse engineering the Service; reselling or redistributing it; or circumventing plan limits and technical restrictions.

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and YAFOY branding. Your messages, emails, and other content remain yours; you grant us only the limited right to process that content as needed to provide the Service to you.

Paid plans (Mobile and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. For eligible orders, Stripe also handles tax compliance, fraud protection, and transaction support on our behalf.

Mobile is $6.99/month or $74.99/year. Pro is $14.99/month or $169.99/year, plus applicable taxes. Paid memberships renew automatically at the disclosed price and interval unless canceled before renewal. The seven-day no-card Pro trial does not charge automatically.

The Founding Member launch offer is $129.99/year for up to 500 verified successful memberships per live campaign. Eligible new and non-subscribing accounts may claim one membership; existing paid members are not automatically migrated. It includes the same Pro usage limits and a permanent Founding Member badge. The annual founder rate applies only while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation or expiration ends the rate guarantee; the badge remains but does not grant paid access. Early-access or voting opportunities are not included unless separately launched and disclosed. Checkout may temporarily reserve a place for 30 minutes; abandoned or failed payments do not claim membership.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the app's plan settings or the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

YAFOY Insight summaries are generated by an AI model from your own messages and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for your convenience only and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for how you use them and for verifying anything important in the original conversation.

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings or at yafoyinbox.com/delete-account. When your account is deleted, your server-side data is removed as described in our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
