YAFOY · Know what matters

Know what needs you first

Insight reads your recent conversations and tells you, in a few lines, what changed, what needs a reply, and what can wait.

01

Out of the meeting

It's 11:30. You walk out of a two-hour meeting and unlock your phone: 43 new messages across five apps.

Somewhere in there is the thing that actually matters. Maybe a client is waiting. Maybe something is due today. Maybe nothing is urgent at all, but you won't know until you've read every single one.

So you start reading. Group chat banter. A newsletter. A reaction to a message you sent yesterday. Twenty minutes later, you find it: the client needs the revised quote by end of day. You almost missed it.

02

The same moment, with Insight

You walk out of the same meeting and open YAFOY. At the top, a short briefing is waiting:

Insight Example

Your client needs the revised quote today. The invoice from the supplier is due Friday. Your manager's question in Teams can wait until after lunch. Nothing else needs you right now.

Four lines. You reply to the client, add Friday to your calendar, and go get lunch.

03

Every line leads back to the source

Insight doesn't ask you to trust it blindly. Every item links back to the conversation it came from, so you can read the original and reply in one tap.

04

When it runs

Insight refreshes automatically up to three times a day, around 7 a.m., noon and 6 p.m., when there's something new, and you can ask for an update yourself. How many Insights you get depends on your plan.

05

What Insight sees

Insight works from short excerpts of your recent conversations, not your whole message history. Before conversation excerpts are sent to the AI model, YAFOY removes email addresses, phone numbers and some reference numbers, and leaves out banking and one-time-code messages. Signal conversations are excluded by default. This redaction is partial: names and other details in a message can remain. Read exactly how it works →

06

6 p.m.

Before you close the laptop, one more look. The evening Insight says the quote was answered, the invoice is on your calendar, and nothing else is waiting. You put the phone face down, and this time, your head switches off too.

A few questions, answered.

Which AI does Insight use?

Insight uses a Google Gemini model, accessed through our platform provider.

Can Insight make mistakes?

Yes. Like any AI summary, it can misread or miss things, which is why every item links back to the original message.

How many Insights do I get?

One a day on the free plan, 10 on Mobile and 20 on Pro.

Start your day knowing what matters.
